These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the urbanwharf website (the "Site"), including all content, features, and services related to our space-saving storage products (drawer organizers, wall-mounted shelves, under-bed storage, modular cabinets, storage bins, and accessories). By accessing or using the Site, you ("you" or "user") agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Purchase. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

1. Eligibility to Use the Site
